If a courier confirms that a shipment has been lost or misplaced:

Once the order is officially confirmed as lost, we will provide either:
A replacement product, or
A full refund.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
If your order tracking shows “Delivered”but you have not received your package:

The courier may request a signature, printed name, or OTP confirmation to verify receipt of the delivery.
Any person accepting delivery at the provided address will be considered authorised to receive the order on your behalf.
Customers are encouraged to inspect their package upon delivery before confirming receipt. If the package appears damaged or incomplete, please note this with the courier and contact our support team immediately.
All deliveries are fulfilled through third-party courier services. While we work with reputable courier partners, delivery timelines and operations may be subject to factors outside our direct control.
